Be A Dog Scientist
I’m a dog parent!
As a GW Dog Lab paw-ticipant, you and your dog will do ground-breaking research by playing fun games.
How to Sign Up
- Complete the pre-screening:
- This simple form helps us understand what tasks your dog may enjoy!
- Upload your vet records
- We are required by our ethics board to collect evidence of innacculation against rabies, bordetella, and canine flu.
- Sign up for your initial visit:
- An initial visit is your dog’s first visit with the GW team. We are proud to partner with the Animal Welfare League of Arlington, where we conduct our research. We will play simple games with your dog to ensure they are comfortable in the testing space.
Pre-Screening Form
Fill out the pre-screening form below so that we learn a little about you and your dog. After you complete the form, you will get the necessary follow-up information for the studies your dog qualifies for.
Please complete one pre-screening per dog. And then make sure to submit your dog’s medical records! Again, please submit one form per dog.
